What is the V200H-3ME?
The V200H-3ME is a rechargeable battery for Mitsubishi MR-S11, MR-S12 series Servo Amplifiers. A servo amplifier, also known as a servo drive, or servo, is simply a device which uses negative feedback to correct an action. The servo drive monitors the signals, amplifies them, and sends them to a servo motor to correct the motion. The amplification is required because the control signal’s current is too lower to power the motor which requires much higher current level. Often times, servos are used to monitor velocity but they can also be used to monitor torque or position.
Digital servos use computers to analyze the incoming signals. These servos can adjust quickly and with little effort, however they use a lot of energy and often require capacity batteries to monitor battery life.
