Saft has announced that they will not be manufacturing this battery until LATE 2020! We are therefore shipping the Ultralife Brand ER34615 D-size Lithium Thionyl Chloride Cylindrical Bobbin Cell battery as a substitute. The ER34615 actually has a higher capacity (19,000 vs 17,000 mAh) when compared to the Saft LS33600-BA brand battery and given that that will not be available until late 2020 - it is more than a suitable upgrade. Every customer receiving this upgrade has been very satisfied with the Ultralife battery performance and has confirmed 100% compatibility in form and function.
